Every time I order there is something missing from my order. They put stickers on the top of the coffee when it's delivery and the sticker is too difficult to remove or punch through with a straw. They should consider a sticker that isn't as strong because you end up spilling it just trying to get the sticker off.

Every time I order from this location, they miss something in my order. The sticker on the lids for coffee are really difficult to get off and can sometimes get pieces of in the coffee.

The pretzel was very bland and was either stale or overcooked. The bagel was so-so, but the topping had burned to the bagel, which was barely toasted.
