• 7/13/26The Frojoe® is my morning 'go to'! It is not overly sweet (which I prefer) yet flavorful for a frozen coffee drink. The bagels always arrive warm are the tastiest around!
Additionally, the staff often writes nice notes on the bag(s).

• 6/8/25every thing was so expensive for the nostalgia mediocre food. the hash browns were not even cooked. raw potatoes falling apart in the bag. couldn't even provide a straw for the flavorless fro Joe. the only breakfast sandwich that tasted good was the ham n Swiss croissont..arguable the only good thing on their menu besides the fact the side with the cheese they over toasted so it was like biting into leather. I will literally never order from here again.. what a disappointment

• 5/2/26Paid extra for a cloud top on my cold brew and they didn't put it on there. I submitted a photo to DoorDash and they ignored me, so I guess I paid extra for nothing. The sandwich was thrown together crazy, with the top half completely misaligned from the bottom and it was a huge sloppy mess. The hashbrowns were soggy. This place used to be my favorite but it's gotten a lot worse lately.

• 12/19/25my orders from this store are consistently missing items. Quality has also gone down. I normally order a chai tea with the feta and spinach stuffed Pretzel with a dipping sauce. I rarely get the dipping sauce, that you pay for.also the quality of the Pretzel has gone down, starting to get it cold. the chai tea has always been good but it may be time to stop wasting money at this place.
