• 1/21/2632 oz coffee with one creamer consistently comes looking like and tasting like just cream. I wish they would offer cream on the side because they ALWAYS over do it. I usually order black because of this and do it myself which kind of ridiculous to begin with.

• 3/1/23I tipped and was a friendly ordering customer I always tip, I always rate five stars. Sadly today I ordered a pretzel and it got delivered hard as a rock, even after microwaving it, Super Pretzel* was stale.
The coffee was good but it’s usually much sweeter and tastes more like pumpkin.
I'm disappointed cause I always leave good kind reviews with Aroma Joe's. But today it’s gotta be two stars. The pretzel costs an arm and a leg as is but to get it cold, stale, and hard as a rock and a warm coffee (when it has ice in it and it's snowing outside) is just gross and disappointing. I was going to do 1 Star but I don’t wanna be a total b-hole. I'm sure maybe the employee was just having a bad day. But still I thought the fact that I'm a loyal customer who always tips and leaves sweet reviews meant something lol.
First bad review on Aroma Joe's. Hope the next customer gets better results.

• 10/6/24i order from here all the time, either walking in or on doordash, and I love everythingive tried. To make it even nicer, my bag had a handwritten note from the staff. That's just awesome, thank you. Positivity & amazing Joe "coffee" can go a long way.
