Amazing ramen! I absolutely love their spicy tonkotsu red ramen. This is my go-to ramen restaurant in SCV. They're consistently delicious with high-quality ingredients and tons of flavor.

The red bits are cranberry and there were 4 shrimp in it. The dish was bland, no soy sauce and the rice was not fried. 1 out of 10 only because I ate the 4 shrimp

Umaichi Ramen is where I usually eat because it allows for extra eggs. This is the only DD store that allows more than one extra and the food is phenomenal. Glad I tried it.

The gyoza was boiled instead of pan-fried—not authentic at all. The ramen broth was completely bland, the noodles were too hard, and the pork had a strong gamey smell.

The Edamame shows a stock picture of a spicy Edamame so I assumed it was Spicy. no it comes plain. the Stock photo is deceiving. the Spicy Tonkotsu Red Ramen was bland. the next day while eating it for left overs I added a good amount of Salt and it tasted a lot better actually. So for sure Bland. The Cheese Sticks (2) were pretty damn good. Sweet and salty at the same time. Not sure if I will order again.
