I can't say enough about Art of Roux! Shrimp Poboy is AMAZING( Big juicy shrimp)YUM! Now, The Red Beans Plate is my husband FAVORITE, he's from NOLA & says it's the closest to his grandmother's than any place around here. ART OF ROUX IS DEFINITELY A 10 to our family.

Red Beans Plate
I just found my new favorite restaurant. My order can in a plate that contained a container of rice and a container of red beans. There was so much I was able to split the red beans into two portions. (Lunch for tomorrow!!) The rice was perfectly cooked and the red beans were full of flavor! 5 out of 5!!

All of the food was Amazing! The Banana Pudding was soooo good, almost taste like a Banana Banana Pudding Cake. I recommend this place to anyone wanting some good food at a cheap price! The only problem I have potato Potato Salad portion was not enough. Way too small

I ordered the Gumbo Plate, the Mini Pecan Pie and the Zapp's Crawtators . Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The Gumbo has great flavor. The red beans and rice was packed with sausage. The chips were great, and the pie was perfect.

Everything I've had so far is 100% amazing. The gumbo and jambalaya are PERFECT. Comfort food at its finest. Some foods don't travel well. That is not a problem with Art of Roux. Thats how you know it's good. The Shrimp Po' Boy knocked me on my tail.
