Dios mio. Hace mucho tiempo no me como un plato de comida tan perfecto. He aquí un plato que pueden pedir para chuparse los dedos. La pierna de cordero estaba grande y deliciosa, bien suavecita. Exquisito por demás y el arroz una delicia.

Dinner was outstanding. The hommos was smooth and perfectly seasoned, the msabaha was hearty and delicious, and the hommos ma’ lahmeh was exceptional—rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Truly an excellent meal.

Excellent dish. The hummus is very smooth, creamy, and well-balanced, with an authentic homemade flavor.
