I've been eating from Ashia for at least 10 years and it is always the first place that comes to mind when I want sushi or Chinese food. The fish and every item on the menu is always fresh and tasty. Generous portions for a great price! My favorite Chinese dish is their chicken lomein! All of their sushi is amazing, it's hard to pick a favorite!

The 20. Egg Roll or Vegetable Spring Roll was tiny and consisted mostly of the wrapper, hardly any filling. The C17. Sesame or Orange or General Tso's Chicken was very tough and chewy. The majority of the container was filled with rice and included 3 pieces of broccoli.

I was hoping the food would be as good as or better than other Chinese restaurants in the area, but it's just about the same (just priced higher on Doordash).
The beef in garlic sauce had very little sauce, only 5 or so pieces of meat and over 10 pieces of broccoli. Flavor was bland and it had no heat either.
Pork dumplings were okay, but with very thick skins and bland filling. Soup was good, but nothing exceptional.
Overall, not terrible but not a meal I enjoyed either. For this quality, I'll stick to other places that are 15-20% cheaper.

We are sushi lovers and have nothing bad to say! Fish was fresh and delicious! Rolls were a good size and not overdone with rice. We will definitely be making this our new sushi delivery spot. Dim sum was great as well.

Best Chinese food and sushi in NJ! I've been eating and ordering from Ashia for over ten years and I'll never order Chinese or Sushi from anywhere else! My favorite menu items include their chicken lo mein, chicken and broccoli and any sushi I order. Great quality and you get a lot of food for the price!
