The staff at Aspen Mill La Quinta are great and go above and beyond. Excellent service along with the best sandwiches in the Coachella Valley. My go to is the Aspen Lunchbox which comes with a delicious sandwich, cookie, pickle spear and potato salad.

Oh my goodness! Now that's a fresh sandwich. The Tuscany and the roll soft and delicious. The Aspen is an amazing summer sandwich. The Cranberry bread the best. If your looking for a satisfying lunch, this is the spot in Palm Springs.
