Its hard to find good bbq nowadays , Augies is beyond perfect in every aspect , the marbled Brisket Plate is a MUST perfectly seasoned , perfect Smokey flavor , Beef Rib is arguabley the best in Texas , sides I got were Spanish rice and Mac n cheese they were amazing . Jalapeño Sausage is hard to mess up but augies perfected it

2 meat Combo. Nope. Chicken was flavorless and dry. Sausage wasnt even half a link. Sides were decent. Spend your money elsewhere.

flavor and moisture of brisket was good; mac, corn and green beans as well. however, the BBQ sauce included for a lb of brisket was 2 very tiny salsa sized cups. If this is normal, best to order more or have some extra on hand

The bacon wrapped hot dogs were are favorite was so excited to share them with an old friend I used to go there with. The bacon wrapped dogs were sooo salty we couldn't eat them. 50 dollars down the drain. We just tossed them.
We still love this place maybe if I had relish it would of cut some of the salt. I don't know we just couldn't eat them.
