I just had a disappointing order. My matcha came with cinnamon flavor I didn't order. It should've been made with skim milk, but it tastes like it's powder and water, no milk at all. The oatmeal was marketed as coming with fruit, but it was literally a cup of warm (not hot) water and a Modern Oats. No fruit, not the flavor ordered. I don't think a single thing we ordered came out correctly.
