I was kind of worried because I saw a low review on these, but DANG! These are soooo yummy! They were cooked to perfection and fluffy and soft and sugary!!!

I ordered 1 Original pretzel dog, 1 Original pretzel and 1 order of Pepperoni Pretzel Nuggets.  The pepperoni nuggest were on the receipt but not in the sealed bag. Both the Original Pretzel Dog and original Pretzel had a big burn mark on both of the pretzels.

Twice now, I have ordered Original Pretzel Dogs and received mini ones instead. I don't like the minis and won't eat them. They have a completely different taste than th originals. It is a waste of my time and money. I'm sure they're just out of the originals but that isn't an excuse to replace it with an entirely wrong item. This order, I asked for two Original Pretzel Dogs and received about 24 mini dogs I won't be eating. In addition, every time I've ordered anything but a bucket, the pretzels are hard and have clearly been sitting out all day. I have always loved Auntie Anne's and been a loyal customer for years, but I'm starting to get fed up.
