I was so exited I started drinking before I could take a picture! This is the best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had! Very strong, not too sweet, & great water quality!

My go to spot for Banh mi sandwiches, don't let this place fool you because it's inside a water store lol. Their customer service is good and food comes out fast! I always order over the phone and it's ready when I get there. The bread is always fresh and their banh mi is so flavorful. They also sell desserts, slushie, fruit drinks, snacks and baos! They accept cash and cards.

If you go in person buy scratchers & lotto tickets too. Winning store. The people who work here are so nice.

the meat, pate, veggie's were 10/10 but the bread is a like solid 7. its kinda to hard on the outside. a little to overcooked maybe. the inside is fairly soft but the hardness on the outside is a bit overwhelming it

My husband and I have been coming to Avian for about 8 yrs. They make his vietnamese coffee special just for him the way he likes it. The Owners are the sweetest and caring people. Their kids are also amazing. We recommend everything!
