This was my first (and last) order from here. I called the tea lounge to confirm the order and the person that answered was rude. I couldn't see how to cancel so I let it go. Received the Red- Relax (16oz) tea and it is horrible. I'm an avid tea drinker and this was the worst I've ever had.
