Wow! Everything was flavorful and delicious. Large portions. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was easily enough for 2 people. Baked beans were outstanding.

I would have given it a higher rating because the meat was tender but i ordered a half a slab and I only had 4 ribs and the rest was tips and pieces. I was also disappointed because it didn't automatically come with sauce. I paid $1.75 for sauce and it was a small little condiment size of sauce.

Ordered 1/4 of a pound of tri tip and we got closer to 3oz but they did give us
more of the brisket than ordered and the meats were good with a little pink salt added. The Mac and cheese was that sort of watery cheese sauce and i felt it could use some seasoning, I prefer my Mac and cheese cheesy and gooey with a baked top layer and this was not it for me, I wouldnt order that again. The cilantro crema and Garlic Aioli were good. I would order the brisket / tri tip again, I didn't find it to be too dry or fatty and had good flavor just needed a little help.

Everything they make is so good. The meat is very juicy, and the sauce I cant even expailn to you how good it is.

Best brisket I've ever had. It's so tasty, tender and juicy. Definitely can't wait to try more of the menu!
