This was my 1st time ordering from B12. The Chicken Wings were delicious and the fries were crispy. Could have been warmer but the Driver took longer than expected and the bag wasn't closed properly to hold the heat.

This isn't just a B12 Burger issue but I will never order another Poutine from any Restaurant unless I am eating it there. When delivering a Poutine I suggest that you put the gravy on the side in a small container. This would allow the fries to stay as crispy as possible and still allow the cheese to melt.
Nothing is worst than eating a soggy poutine. I know it would taste better at the Restaurant but you have to make the adjustment for DELIVERY to maintain the texture / taste. I had to throw it in the garbage...total waste of money.
The Chicken Wings were great!
