I'll definitely try them again. Everything was tasty. I thought the Empanada De Carne / Beef Empanadas could have had more filling/less bread, but it was still very good. the Cup Arroz Blanco / Cup White Rice and Cup Frijoles Negros / Cup Black Beans was great.

I got the fried beef plate and it is amazing I order this from all my Cuban spots, the rice and beans are special here and the plantain is just amazing. Something you want your taste buds to experience. This spot also has good picadillo , can't wait to try their fried pork belly

I wish the meat was a bit more tender as I had to pull out the stake knife to cut it, the beans have a smoked ham inside that is not in the description but should be (suggestion) and the plantains were well burned.... other than that the flavors are good. oohh The papa rellen was really good and not oily!

Definitely not 8 ounces of mahi and came completely dry, no butter sauce like it was supposed to come in. Complete rip off for the price.

Unfortynately, our DoorDash driver missed one entree from our order. When we realized this, I called the store and let them know that I would be coming to pick it up. Theytold me that the owner was on the way already to bring us the entree.
I have never had such an awesome restaurant go so far out of the way to make it right!
We will definitely order more food from Babalou's in the future.
