The gelato was delicious as always but I found it absurd that they asked me to line up behind all the customers when I only had to pick up my order that was ready...the had personnel that wasn't busy with customers

I order from this place 3x a week. Every flavor they have is amazing and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. You totally get what you pay for and the portions are big! Always reliable and so delicious, I know what I'm going to get!
