Once again they hit it out of the park. The po-boy was next level amazing. Most bbq places use brisket that is too lean or over trimmed. Not the case here, the brisket was absolute perfection and the bread was everything you want in a po-boy roll. The rib plate was a more meat than bone 1/4 rack smoked perfectly and as flavorful and tender as the ribs great pitmasters dream of creating. I can't personally speak on the sides, but I swear my friend had a tear of joy in her eye as she sampled the greens for the firsr time.
10/10 would consider as an option for my final meal

Everything was excellent. It smelled so good when it arrived that we had eaten all but half of a potato before I remembered to take a picture.The Spud with brisket was huge. The potato was cooked perfectly and the brisket was tender with a crisp bit of burnt end texture. The seasoning and smoke were very present, but never overbearing, had depth and balance and hit the spot. The Bbq baked beans made me want to find Van Camp and slap him till he cried. Whomever I spoke too when I called with some questions, despite my rudely calling 30 minutes before they opened, was friendly, helpful and cheerful sounding. 10/10 would recommend.

My brisket Philly was plain. It was just meat and bread. So that was aweful!
