You guys absolutely did an amazing job with my order. Everything was perfect. It was my first time trying the brisket, and I am in love. Your potato salad is some of the best I have ever had in my life, and the stew is always on point. My daughter loved your loaded mac n cheese. 11 out of 10!

Ok, I gave y'all another shot, and glad I did. The chopped pork sandwich was spot on. "The Spicy" sauce, y'all told me about in the last reply was tantalizing on the taste buds, and earns a "Heck yeah" from me. The baked beans, maybe some of the best (don't tell Granny), love the pork in there. Well done. Redemption, tasted sweet. 5 more stars.

They have the best BBQ Nachos. I always get them. The Lemon Delight was amazing; first time having it and it did not disappoint. And the bottle of Bourbon sauce was delicious.😋

Smoked Chicken Half was juicy and so yummy with side of chicken sauce.large Large Bowl of Stew was a great addtion to my chicken. I did not eat Half Grilled Spare Ribs Plate  but person who ordered it loved them!

Our signature smoked pork. We smoke our hams for 20-22 hours a day with nothing but local hickory wood. The result is a tender yet moist and lean cut of meat. Freshly chopped all day long this BBQ is the reason we are "The Best BBQ by a Dam Site". Pairs perfectly with our house made classic vinegar based sauces. As a rule of thumb we suggest 1/4 pound per adult serving.

Brisket

Added to them menu in 2024, our southern take on a Texas tradition has quickly became a customer favorite. Pairs best with our house made sweet and spicy bourbon sauce. Brisket may come sliced or chopped depending on availability.

Smoked Chicken

Our classic smoked chicken is basted in our house made "chicken" sauce throughout the day.

St Louis Ribs

Our ribs are smoked and then grilled while brushed with our house made sweet sauce. Be sure to have plenty of paper towels on hand.

Brunswick Stew

Listed to the Top 100 Plates in Georgia by Explore Georgia in 2019, our brunswick stew recipe has been passed down and we haven't changed a thing. Cooked fresh every single day our stew is traditionally enjoyed by itself, with chips, soda crackers, or white bread. This is a classic GEORGIA brunswick stew (just like they created down in Brunswick Georgia back in the day), this is not a vegetable soup type stew.

Our sauces are house made Choices include: Traditional vinegar based: Mild and Hot Sweet, sometimes called rib sauce. It is a thick ketchup based Bourbon, a sweet and spicy thick sauce. Gold, a Carolina gold sauce for our travelers. We, also, have a small batch XHOT vinegar sauce, please let us know if you want that option in the notes section.
