Im pretty sure this was the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the gravy was delicious. As a bacon connoisseur, the bacon did not disappoint!

It's been a while since I've ordered or been to BSH. The quality has gone way down hill. A massive amount of food that is average at best is not what I want pay almost $20 per entree to have. Two pieces of bacon were well over $10??? Nope. Probably won't be back or order again. Very disappointing. It's definitely not worth the hype.

So my Biscuits & Gravy came with shredded brussel sprouts and those make me sick to my stomach so it kind of ruined the breakfast. The Bourbon Baller French Toast was not worth $20; maybe $10 it's a small serving. The gravy was very flavorful and the biscuits were perfect in texture. The eggs look like about what you'd get with one egg, I was expecting two, but they were scrambled perfectly. The side of Baller Bacon was not cooked all the way through and fatty on both the French toast and side order so we had to cook it so it was juicy crispy rather than just soft and fatty. The bacon tots are very salty but really really good, I would eat those up. My wife could only eat two and that was hard for her due to the saltiness, so if you're not a salt fiend like me make sure you have someone to share them with. Wasn't worth $75 dollars for just the two meals two sides but I think for a more cultured palette I'm sure this would get great reviews. We won't order again but I encourage everyone to try them for sure.

the baller bacon was only one slice and didnt have much pepper or anything so i was missing the spicy in the sweet and spicy, disappointing for the price. the Miner's Breakfast was delicious and worth the price.

French toast was like eating a brick and that kinda killed it the tots are like eating tots that have already been chewed for you and 10$ for 2 slices of thick cut bacon is a rip off definitely did not feel like a baller and did not think "OMFG Bacon!" Not going to order again and not going to go to restaurant would recommend IHOP over this place
