Not bad! I ordered the HAUS BURRITO and a side of CHEESE TOTS. The tots were plentiful and the cheese sauce was on point. Not greasy or watery, had the perfect consistency for dipping not just the tots but the burrito if one chose to do so.
The only criticism I have is for the burrito. The construction was a little off. Most breakfast burritos have bits of everything in every bite. I bit into piles of potatoes, onions and eggs until close to the end where my small pocket of bacon rested. It would have been sooo much better to have that bacon distributed evenly through the burrito. The flavors were definitely there when I hit that spot. Its the only thing that brought my review from a 5 to a 4. I would definitely try them again!

Tater tots are delectable, with generous portions. The Bronco Burrito Combo is truly exceptional and will remain a top favorite. I will undoubtedly order it again, as it is simply exquisite. Everything is fresh, and the eggs are exceptionally gooey and delicious.

The bronco burrito was AMAZING! I almost asked for NO jalapeño's, but I'm SO glad I didn't! It was so good! And filled me up for the whole day! I also got the Haus burrito. I thought for dinner, but I ate it the next morning! They were SO big and filling! And the ingredients were fresh and delicious! I'll DEFINITELY be ordering again when I get back!

I’ve had more breakfast burritos than I’ve had good decisions, but the Bronco Burrito from Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos is in a league of its own. This isn’t breakfast — it’s divine intervention.
The eggs are fluffy yet bold. The bacon struts in like it owns the place. The potatoes? Perfect little nuggets of comfort. And that cheese… let’s just say it’s the closest thing I’ve had to true love.
Halfway through, I started reevaluating my life choices. By the last bite, I was ready to dedicate myself to the Church of Bronco.
Pros: Life-changing flavor. Restores faith in humanity. May induce spiritual visions.
Cons: Every other burrito is now a cruel joke.
If Denver ever falls, I’m betting this burrito will be what holds the city up.

This Bad-Ass Bronco Burrito Combo definitely lived up to its name! I added caramelized onions, avocado and ordered the eggs scrambled!!! Each bite left me wanting more and got me pretty full. Definitely give it a try for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner 🤘
