The coffee was subpar as well as the Ricotta. Barely enough cheese when we know how it is typically made. Order was also almost 15 mins late. On top of the 25 waiting period another 15 on top almost 40 mins to make 2 breakfast items and 3 coffees.

It's been frustratingly difficult to find a spot that does good coffee AND good breakfast, but Bad Owl is definitely it!! I've definitely found a new fav <3

I wish there was a closer location in Summerlin I will go more often. second breakfast latte is always my favorite. the classic avocado was very good too.
