The bagels are always stale and hard. I usually order because it's fast but the bagels are never fresh.

Bagels and tofu cream cheese are both really good! Highly recommend to anyone who is vegan or dairy free looking for a yummy bagel :) however avoid the iced tea

Eggshells in the egg salad. Bagel wasn't toasted or whole wheat.
