If you order a platter they WILL forget your bagel. We have ordered 2 separate times and both times had to go back to get the bagel. They are also incredibly slow, even when ordering ahead. The food is good, it's just good to have appropriate expectations.

There was soooo much cream cheese I couldn't taste the bagel and it definitely was not toasted. This is the second time I ordered a toasted bagel and it was not.
