The bagels were fresh, plenty of cream cheese cut in half so it was easy to handle. The coffee was very good. I ordered one regular and one decaf. The only thing I would request is that they mark the containers so I would've known which one was which instead I had to combine them and then measure out a cup of coffee and save the rest. It would've been easier if they were each marked. All that being said, I order from them often and will continue to do so.

The Salted Caramel Frappuccino was very, very good. I actually like it a lot better than Starbucks! Additionally, I really liked the BLT subbed with turkey bacon and their hashbrowns are huge and so good!

The food is really good, we order regularly or visit the store in Medford. Great location, outdoor seating in a pretty, wooded, area. The bagels: bluerries in the blueberry bagels, not seeds; french toast bagels have a mild maple flavor and not sweet; nice variety of kitchen items; and the gelato is a great idea. Took a small crowd for Mother's Day and everyone was VERY happy. The staff/ are such nice people who are learning to speak English - lots of praise for that kind of courage and dedication. Immaculate shop, too.

I called to ask for no ice and they were able to adjust my drink order so that everything was perfect. I sometimes have really bad teeth sensitivity so them going out of their way to fix it is very helpful! The bagels were delicious and so was the fruit! Very filling and made to order!
