Kettle - boiled and baked fresh - the traditional way we make our dough from scratch with all natural ingredients no oils, fats or preservatives added ask about our bagel and gourmet cream cheese of the month.

Fresh cracked eggs cooked on a stove, never in a microwave.

Served with bagel or toast (with choice of topping) or sliced tomatoes or melon cup or country potatoes.

Hand formed 1/2 lb. Angus brisket and chuck patty on brioche bun, char-broiled on an open flame to medium.

Choice of one meat, one cheese and a variety of fixins.

Served all day.
