First time the carnitas were not as good. Tasted burnt, overly salty and fatty. Pretty disappointed this time around.

Birria tacos corn tortillas & meat were tough. Rice was dry and birtia sauce lacking flavor. Disappointed-- usually chicken/shrimp/beef tacos, tortas tasty .

i order requests from this vendor often. because they tend to be a restaurant where i always get the same things, there are a few things i’ve learned and mentioned.
first time, there were no issues that i can recall. another time. i was provided a salad, a pretty large salad btw, but no salad dressing. this is more of a problem for me because this happened a couple of times for the same order. i’ve also received a different drink than i ordered and didn’t receive one at all, or not including a straw.
there have also been issues with standards. the salad started pit with ~25 shrimp. i’ve ordered this salad several times over the past few months and as i count, i only see 9 shrimp. there’s been no pay change to account for changes to ingredients. and if you ever see the salad, it may surprise you that the salad is HUGE, seems to be on a platter with mostly lettuce and not much of anything. so to go backwards to decrease an add-on addition (HUGE platter of lettuce, not much of anything and a decline in the amount of shrimp that you have to pay more for as an add-on anyway.
i recognize that these are not as heinous issues as some of the other work you may have to prioritize, but there are a few more details i’d like to share.
admittedly, i don’t have insight to whatever processes and policies you many already be in a place.
I do have a few suggestions, but i’ll reserve them at this time. I use DoorDash almost everyday, if not everyday so o have noticed some things along the way, including experiences with Dashers, but also experiences with the restaurants, or app UI.
i just realized how much this turned into so i’ll leave it here. i really appreciate your time to look over this message and everything else you do to make this the best experience for the customer, restaurants and retailers, and of course the Dashers!

I ordered this burrito bare style but unfortunately received it as a traditional burrito. The flavor is good but I had to scraped everything out of the tortilla (luckily not allergic just did not want the tortilla wrap).
