I am generally underwhelmed by food trucks, but everything I've eaten or drank from this food truck impressed me. The folks preparing food have high standards, and the fish tacos and shrimp fries feature exceptional freshness and flavor profiles. In addition to solid food, the owners are friendly and hospitable. I frequent the food truck as much as I can and would likely do so even more often were their hours extended.
