The staff here is excellent very courteous and welcoming. the rice and salad bowls were awesome. The chicken was well seasoned and tender. I also loved the mix of veggies and the rice was very filling. Kudos to the staff for a great meal and excellent service

Both quality and quantity vary widely. Sometimes I get nice and fat bowls and other times the bowl is barely a third full. Meat quality also varies quite a bit can be dry and stringy. But most disappointing of all is when you can to complain and the manager seems annoyed and says they are too busy to deal with it.

I got the Rice Bowl with beef shawarma, and it's typically a hit or miss in terms of meat portions with this place. Sometimes I get a tiny scoop. This time they were generous. Food arrived lukewarm despite being quick, but was still tasty thanks to the sauces and fresh toppings. I would order again when I feel like taking the gamble w/ meat portions again.

The Rice Bowl looks absolutely nothing like the image, if I knew it was going to be this dry shredded chicken instead of the clearly superior seasoned whole chunks of chicken like the picture I wouldn't have gotten it. Portion size is also tiny, barely any meat in here at all.

It was kind of soggy. I feel like you guys shouldn't offer a salad bowl if it's going to be soggy
The chicken also was a bit too soft it was gross it felt under done, the pieces were cut too big. Cut them a bit smaller and they will cook through!
Wasn't a huge fan, bummer because I used to love this place! Last two times I ordered have been disappointing
