I order from Balance all the time! I've never had any problems with order messups, or mishaps with my nut allergy. I bought food for me, some coworkers, and my boss- and they all loved it, too! The bowl portion size is perfect, not too little not too much. Couldn't be happier! :)

I always love the food here the Wiseman Bowl is absolutely delicious, and it tastes fresh everytime, the Coconut Craze could have been better, but that was also extremely delicious and refreshing to have with my meal. The portion size is also wonderful and they never skimp out on ingredients!! 10/10

The beef quality has gone down so much. My first bite was fat, 2nd bite was grissly bone. For $12 we can do better elsewhere. My Citrus Brussels also had long, inedible tails on them. Whoever prepped the veggie station took absolutely no care in their work. Honestly a shame. Balance used to be so good.

I got SUCH good portions this time, the bowl was so heavy. rice cooked perfectly, chicken cooked perfectly & tasted SO GOOD. the only complaint I really have is they gave me corn tortillas instead of flour, also the steak was really hard to chew, but the flavor wa very good so it made up for it in a way

Only in area for short time, so this was first time and prob last time but my food was great!! I ordered the 4 Star bowl and it was delicious. Portion was big, I could easily get 2 or 3 meals from it. The reason for not giving five Star rating is that the sauce was described as a general tso's sauce but it was very vinegary. I liked the sauce just not how it was described at all. I also had the brussel sprouts, also tasty, but I detected no citrus flavor. Someone in another review said "they were all burnt" but LOL, they're supposed to be charred! I loved them. First time trying bubble tea, it was ok but it wasn't very cold? Maybe that's normal, idk. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, no regrets and it was pretty cheap for a takeout meal of such fresh and high-quality ingredients!
