• 7/8/22Balloons are beautiful and packaged well. However, the wrong colors were sent. I am not sure if this was human error or because something was out of stock. I would hope if something was out of stock they would contact the customer for substitution options. Either way... it's a shame for the prices to not have what you ordered.
