I did to deserve this, but what I received can't be called a burger. The patties were overcooked to the point of being inedible, and so tiny that they barely covered the bun. The "bacon" is cut ham, and the egg was fried beyond recognition. This is not what I wanted, and certainly not what I ordered.

Literally terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. Fries arrived cold. Onion rings were fine.
There was literally no cheese on the cheese burger, one sliver of onion and half a tomato. Literally half a tomato on each burger. Certainly not worth 16 dollars.
Absolutely the biggest letdown of my night. Would never recommend. In fact they should be ashamed of themselves.

Food was alright but could've been better. The bacon was "undercooked" there was no crunch and the color of it looked like ham. If you are promoting a sunny side up egg, the egg should be sunny side up. Other than that the buns were good and the hamburger meat was alright on the Sunrise Bam! Burger burger. The Cowboy Bam! Burger could do without the onion ring the onion wasn't crunchy at all and we just picked it off the burger so good to know for next time. We got 2 burgers and french fries for the price it wasn't bad but the bacon still needs to be better.

The food does not come as advertised. I ordered the Bam! Cheese Fries and they had melted cheese vs the sauce which is what I wanted, then with the Blues Bam! Burger the blue cheese is not crumbles it's a watered down sauce. Overall wasn't very impressed and felt pretty duped based on the photos vs what I received.
