I loved this store and this was my go to restaurant for Chinese food but this order, staff were rude. They up charged $5.00 per meal because I asked for basic condiments like duck sauce packets. They called me to say they were out of dumplings but he was rude and spoke to me in a way I didn't appreciate. Then, the food came and the usual great chicken lo mein was gross. My son said it tasted odd and he couldn't even eat it. He got one huge piece of slimy, gross tasting chicken in his order, no other little pieces like usual and mine hardly had any chicken at all. I will not order again unfortunately. No longer my go to, after rude treatment, subpar food and up charging for something ridiculous. We know the usual quality so to get something drastically different is definitely noticeable.

The order was not confirmed until after driver arrived for pick up, and was miraculously out the door 5 minutes lateGeneral Tso's Chicken was soggy and very bland. The accompanying wonton soup had an odd taste and over done wonton. The Crab Meat Rangoon (6) had very little filling and had an off fishy taste. The Homemade Egg Roll was overcooked. The vegetables inside were soggy and kind of slimey. Extremely disappointed, would definitely not order again, especially at $30 for lunch (including tip)

My first time ordering from here and it was OK. I was mostly impressed with the House Special Fried Rice . It was prepared the way it was supposed to be--full of flavor, packed with meat and seafood, and has the egg in it.
