This ain't your American Chinese "Food". Bamboo make delicious dishes in the traditional style while still offering some American dishes for those not so adventurous. My favorite meal here is the Ma Po Tofu. One time I ordered it and the owner happened to deliver it. He said that they make it the way it is made at home and if you find it made another way, especially with added ingredients (like peas, carrots, etc...), that is not the real way. As a BYOB we have shared a Saki with the owner who is always ready to make the visit special. I cannot recommend Bamboo enough!

They have the best fried rice you will ever eat it is phenomenal and the food is always amazing I've never had a bad meal here!!!! 10/10 recommend

Not worth the price! The Quick Fried Crispy Fish (炝锅鱼片) was too salty, and the rest of the dishes were not tasty!!!!!$100 down the drain! Crispy Spring Rolls (2 Pcs) (春卷)wasn't bad though. Vegetable Tofu Soup (素菜豆腐汤)- Large was mediocre! The Dry Sauteed String Beans (干煸四季豆) was decent but not worth the price! Overall too expensive and not tasty!!!!!!

Kung Pao chicken is amazing. This isn't American Chinese food. It's authentic and won't be for everyone. Cumin lamb and tripe in Chile oil are other favorites. If you like spicy the menu is killer.
