Super fresh ingredients, expertly prepared. The cauliflower was perfectly crispy with a divine sauce. The nigiri was great, with delicately seared scallops and the proper proportion of rice to fish (most places use too much rice). This place stands out as extra special among many legit sushi places in town.

I’ve been coming to Bamboo for five years, and every time I dine in, the food is amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for their delivery.
I ordered the Green Machine, a Rainbow Roll, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. I understand that takeout can affect the flavor and texture of food, but this was beyond that.
The **Green Machine** was the only roll I actually enjoyed. It was crunchy, flavorful, and tasted just like it does when I dine in. Interestingly, it was also the only roll without fish.
The **Spicy Tuna Roll** (which they gave me an extra one of for some reason) was barely edible. It wasn’t spicy at all, and all I could taste was cucumber. I’ve had this roll before and it used to be good. I understand that it’s a traditional, inexpensive roll, but for $13, getting mostly cucumber and rice is pretty disappointing.
Then there was the **Rainbow Roll**. The second I opened the box, I could smell the fish. The avocado was fine, but the moment I tried the salmon, I knew something was wrong. It was unbelievably chewy, easily some of the worst fish I’ve ever had. I actually had to spit it out.
To be clear, I don’t think this is a reflection of the chefs themselves. My issue is with the quality of the ingredients, particularly the fish. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant I’ve enjoyed for years deliver food of this quality.
If you’re going to Bamboo, I’d recommend dining in. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering their sushi for delivery again.

Always a solid choice. I tried the Crispy Rice Smashed Avocado and it was fresh, flavorful, still crispy on delivery. I would absolutely order it again. And the California Roll was fresh, no fishy flavor and super good.

The sushi was lacking flavor, falling apart, and there was no soy sauce, ginger, or wasabi provided. Not to mention no cop sticks or napkins. For $85 sushi I think Bamboo can spare the basics. Especially on Valentine's Day. Very disappointed

no Wasabi or soy sauce, and this tiny amount of miso for $6 ... it's like 3 sips total. disappointing
