I love the chicken, beef, tuna tar tar and sushi I have had here. Excellent recipes, fresh, reasonably priced, clean and friendly, beautiful presentation. I have eaten there and ordered delivery and pickup. My favorite Asian food in Boise!

The broth was absolutely delicious. the chicken was well flavored and juicy. definitely will order again, the packaging was great as well. everything was superb & separated. the greens and everything included was fresh. and the portion was filling forsure.

Yum Yum! In my opinion this is the best Crunch Shrimp Tempura Roll I had in Boise out of many. The Coconut Shrimp (7) is very good too, it just needs a little bit more of coconut added to it. Their portions are huge, the sushi roll alone filled me up. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I tried this place on a whim. We love sushi and this was fantastic. The Sushi Lover Entree was fresh and delicious
Crab Cheese Dumplings (6) were seriously so delicious. They were fluffy and perfection!
Combo Fried Rice was great and a portion! If you haven't tried this place you should :)

Fish is always fresh, hence they don't drain their sushi in eel sauce (like Ginza. We went there once-never again). We lived in SE Asia for years. I am Asian and prefer clean tasting sushi-and that's exactly what you get at Bamboo. I called them to substitute salmon for tuna and they gladly did so, at no additional cost. Hot and sour soup is good as well. Will keep on ordering as long as they keep this level of quality. Thanks, guys.
