Thousand Eyes che are mostly Basil seeds and very little Grass Jelly...seems like they skimped on the quantity now. Same with my Summer Delight...thought this location was better but seems they are cutting back on all locations. :(

Our waffle arrived like this, and looks undercooked. I know it wasn't the dasher because our bag was still closed.

one of the drinks had an awful taste and smell. and we didn't get one of the drinks

Ube 13. Ube Halo Halo couldn't find jackfruit in it, not much to drink as well. They didn't customize to add matcha.
