Speed of delivery, food temp, food packaging were all great but the food itself was terribly bland specifically the Pad See Ew. The egg rolls were nice and warm but had very little stuffing inside of it - it was mainly egg roll wrapper wrapped within itself. Highly dissatisfied. I ended up throwing most of it away in the garbage.

I just threw over $50 down the drain on this order! I just moved to Waukee from Dallas and Banana Leaf is one of my favorite restaurants! So imagine my excitement when I saw it on DoorDash! That excitement quickly vanished when I opened my orders. The food looked NOTHING like the photos, with the exception of the desert! The Yellow Curry Fried Rice w/cuc salad rice was mushy and bland! The Pad See Ew had Zero flavor with barely any sauce! I wasted my money and im pretty upset!! I thought this food will last the rest of the week! Needless to say I will NEVER order from this place again! Im so upset!! I want to take it back and get my money! Ugh!!!!!

I didnt like the food the Thai custard w/ sticky rice was too sweet, the fried Sd Fried Rice was not good, the Deep Fried Spring Rolls was too dry, Crab Rangoon was too sweet but from that everything else was ok but I will not spe $128 here again.

I was very disappointed with my order. The beef pad see ew that I ordered was supposed to have extra veggies and extra egg, which it did and be three stars hot spicy which it wasn't. It lacked flavor as well. I'm not sure there was any sauce just juice from the veggies. I found that the beef was on the dry side. The house salad wasn't quite what I was expecting... I didn't care for the flavor of the ginger dressing. There were two appetizers which I ordered... crab rangoon and deep fried spring rolls. Both were very good. The only thing that I found displeasing was the size of the sweet and sour sauce that came with the appetizers. The size of the sauce for the spring rolls was just enough for the four of them and I mean JUST. As for the sauce for six crab rangoons, the itty bitty container was A) too small for dipping the rangoons in and B) was barely enough for four spring rolls so there would be no way there'd be enough for six good sized rangoons. I won't be ordering from Banana Leaf again.

Kind of a hit or miss. Love the three roll combo, but sending one packet of soy sauce for three rolls is a little ridiculous. They do get the spice level spot on and it's the best spicy crab roll in the area so I guess they have that
