• 4/19/26I paid to have avocado and jalapenos added to my burrito and for the avocado to be on my bfs instead when he didn't want it is honestly such careless behavior from food service. I'm not buying McDonald's so this shouldn't even be an issue. First time trying this place and honestly last. The sides of fries are also a joke. Not only were they not fresh, but they don't even fill the container they put them in, more like maybe 1/3 full so I got at the most 20 fries total in each side I ordered. For over $4 for a side of French Fries this is undoubtedly highway robbery. Overpriced disappointing experience. Only bright note is the salsa was good.

• 4/13/26the El guero El Güero Combo had good fruit cups, but I did not get my juice and the potatoes in the burrito were undercooked, so it was just eating raw-ish potatoes.

• 11/28/24Un Dulce Sueño was not delivered,El Güero Combo and El Mañanero Combo I paid extra for avacado, but it was not included either. Nacho Abuela's Nachos were fantastic, cheese sauce was amazing!
