From out of state and here working for the next 15 weeks. Tried this place last week and have ordered 3x! The burnt ends are the BEST I have ever had. Juicy and tender! Fried corn is mouth watering and the white Mac and cheese is delicious. Had ribs last week and they are great too!
I wish this restaurant was in Chattanooga Tennessee!

I ordered 1/2# of burnt ends. They replaced that with brisket because the burnt ends "are unavailable" but they didn't bother to check with me if I wanted a substitution and if I did what I wanted. One of the sides was potato salad and there was nearly 1/2 of a hard boiled egg in one piece.
The brisket replacing the burnt ends was super salty, dry, and over cooked.
I will not order from this location (O'Fallon) ever again.

Kid Chicken Tenders was definitely lacking tonight. One tender was small and so thin it was hard for my son to chew. And he loves your fries but won't eat them tonight. They were overcooked, chewy, and completely unseasoned. Not the freshest, but somehow still hot. Budget Buster Chicken was great.Hopefully next time I order, there won't be this issue.

I frequently order the the two meat platter or meal through door dash with pulled pork and brisket. It comes and is sometimes sliced nicely and other times I get thick sliced brisket. The pulled pork is usually chopped nicely and plentiful. The other day I personally went in to order my food and I was given smaller potions of pork and the majority was fat. The brisket was thickly sliced and clearly was dried out mostly. I'm not sure why I received such a bad order when going to the business versus having it delivered. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered 1/3 slab rib dinner. One rib had almost no meat on it, another was burnt to a crisp. The fries were hard/stale, and the bbq beans were just mush (couldn't distinguish individual beans). Wife ordered turkey dinner; baked potato was very overcooked. I have always Bandana's BBQ but this experience was terrible.
