I LOOOOVE BANDITOS! ❤️🌮
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Not only is the food ALWAYS consistently delicious and beautifully presented, but the customer service is truly exceptional!
I order from Banditos at least three times a week (yes, THREE!), and although I’ve never actually dined in, I can confidently say they have never disappointed me. I usually order the same thing, occasionally switching it up, but no matter what I get, the food is ALWAYS amazing!
My fiancé absolutely loved their General Tso’s Chicken Tacos, but unfortunately, they’re no longer on the menu. I recently called the restaurant to ask if they had any plans to bring them back. I spoke with Diego and explained that those tacos were my fiancé’s absolute favorite and the only thing he ever ordered.
Without hesitation, Diego immediately went to check with the kitchen to see if they could possibly make them, especially since they still had at least one of the sauces used in the dish. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to accommodate the request, but that’s not even the point. The fact that Diego’s FIRST instinct was to find a way to make it happen speaks VOLUMES about his commitment to customer satisfaction! He didn’t just say no or brush off my question. He genuinely tried, and that meant so much to me!
During our conversation, I also told Diego that I was about to place an order and asked if I could have some extra lemon for my corn. Well, when my food arrived, not only did I have extra lemons, but they had also included an EXTRA piece of corn! Now THAT is customer service! It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a huge difference and keep customers coming back.
I also made sure to tell Diego that in all the times I’ve ordered from Banditos, I have NEVER received a meal that wasn’t absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. And I am NOT exaggerating! Every. Single. Time. The consistency is honestly unbelievable!
Coming from someone with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to consistently deliver exceptional food AND outstanding customer service. I’ve experienced plenty of restaurants where the food or service can be hit or miss, but Banditos has somehow managed to get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME!
And here’s what makes Diego even more deserving of recognition: this wasn’t my first time speaking with him over the phone. On a previous occasion, he demonstrated that same level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to making sure customers are happy. Clearly, this isn’t just a one-time thing. It’s simply the kind of manager he is!
SHOUT OUT TO DIEGO! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Restaurants need MORE managers like him! His attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction do not go unnoticed. I truly hope Banditos recognizes the value he brings to their team.
My fiancé and I are actually planning to dine in for the very first time soon, and I cannot wait!
Banditos is LITERALLY my favorite restaurant, and I don’t say that lightly! Between the consistently amazing food, flawless presentation, and exceptional customer service, they’ve earned every bit of my loyalty.
