so delicious and nutritious. everything was cooked perfectly and the bowl was well balanced. it filled me up without making me feel sluggish. Will definitely try more bowls in the future!

The pictures of the bowls online show the dressing in a small cup on the side and the bowls all came drenched in dressing. The bowls should really match what they are advertising for people who do not want their bowls saturated in dressing, for the price being paid and for calorie counting. Very disappointed for first time ordered.
