This is literally THE best place to get food. I order from bango bowls three times a week and I LOVE their açaí bowls. Best açaí bowl place in the country, that's a promise. Love this place!

Several issues with the food, and would not reorder from this place.
Food took longer than estimated (over an hour and a half to prepare two BYO bowls). Portions are smaller than expected (less than half an avocado for example). Rice was undercooked, despite the delayed food. Bowl had way too much soy sauce, so you could barely taste anything else.

I've ordered twice from this place. The first time I paid for extra shrimp didn't get it and now this time I paid for shrimp and chicken only got shrimp. I don't understand why I can't get what I'm paying for

Looks as if someone ate the salad bowl. The rim of the bowl was dirty and the napkins they provided has finger print marks. Just separate the sauce for deliveries. Not sure why my salad was mixed already.
