The first time I tried a banh mih sandwich was from this restaurant. I had heard of banh mih before and never thought I would like it because I'm not really a sandwich person. But I tried it on a whim from this restaurant and fell in love. Afterwards, I have tried other restaurants in the area that specialize in banh mih but none of them quite compare to this one. Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else. It looks like I will forever be loyal to Banh Mih Bites as my go to banh mih place for as long as it exists XD.

Super nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the Banh Mi Grilled Pork mi grilled pork was stale, lacking flavor and filled with too many pickled onions/carrots. The Tofu Rice Bowl rice bowl was also bland with overcooked rice. The Pandan Milk Tea tasted nothing like pandan and lacked sweetness. The best item were the Meatball Skewers but they were super mushy and soft like baby food.

Overall good food. Bahn mi sandwich was on the dry side with no sauce, but gives you the option to eat later without soggy bread. Good portions and happy with the prices!

The Banh Mi"s were not the best like most reviews shared. There's barely any meat and whatever sauce they use wets the bread and the bread itself was not good. Tasted stale a bit and it was loaded with more veggies than should be. A better Banh Mi place that is absolutely amazing is down the street from Edmonds CC. Hands down the best for the price and it tastes incredible. Another awesome spot is off of Aurora near the McDonalds next to a small plaza of shops. Buy from anywhere else but here! So not worth it.
