5 Roast Pork 5 days in a row. they just keep getting better. today's the crackling the best. this maybe due to the early time slot (10am). the roll was overflowing with ingredients, the veggies pickled perfectly.

The photo of the Vermicelli Noodle Salad Bowl is misleading as it looks like Char Siu pork meat ( unprocessed) but it actually contains grilled pork sausage as per the name (Nem Nuong). When we called the restaurant, they claimed the photo shows the sliced pork sausage, but the meat in our meals look very different.
