Absolutely delicious. Did a tasting of basically everything: the bao bei bao, Tofu-rrific Bao, each Bao Zi, and the Brown Sugar Swirly Buns, all texturally perfect and flavorful. Had to try the Braised Egg too which was great.

At first I was confused why the bao was expensive; turns out each is humongous loaded with pork and delicious! Also, the minced pork bowl flavoring was just right balancing out the pickled veggies . Hope they expand their menu to Taiwanese beef noodles, would be glad to be a taste tester!
Tofu-riffic bowl tofu was a bit too firm and dry for my liking but the taste was good.

Everything was super delicious, and I thought the swirly bun would be 1 but it was 3 huge buns. Super tasty! Amazing store.

I got the 2 Bao Combo (w. Side) with pork belly baos and fried veggies. the pork belly was appropriately fatty overall. but this time, the muscle part of the meat was not as succulent as it's been in the past. I hope that's not a trend because their pork belly is to die for. the tempura fried veggies were very good, just a little saltier than I would have preferred. they were warm, and somewhat crisp. they would have been fantastic if hot and really crisp.
FRIED Wontons were perfectly fried and perfectly tasty. the sweet and sour sauce was good, but more sweet than sour. I added a splash of vinegar, and it was perfect.
I will definitely order these items again.

This was sooooo good. Generous portions and everything was so delicious . The tofu bao really rivaled the pork belly so both meat eaters and vegetarians can feel satisfied. The pickled salad was great as a side especially for summer. Thanks for the cabbage gift, it was delightfully! Not a fan of overly sweet desserts so the brown sugar buns were perfect.
