Soooo Delicious!! So large, two meal sandwiches for both of us, messy, dripping, tasty greasy. Luckily we ate outside LOL

That Chicken aint Little! Huge breaded fried chicken on soft fresh bun. The Krueban is an unexpectd delight. The brisket is so juicy and soft. So much flavor in every bite. I'm going to have to adopt a new workout routine to accomodate. The spicy tater tots are perfect. Great job guys, I'll be back.

This place is AMAZING!! Huge portions, my wife and I got the Krueban and Birria Baguette and had plenty of food for another meal!! The Togarashi Tots and chimichurri fries are an experience you gotta try at least once. Highlight was the little bottles of side sauces in the order. The Japanese Curry Mayo and Lebanese Garlic gotta be sold in bigger sizes, I'd stock up extra! Eat here, totally worth.

I love Birria and tater-tots so I was excited for this order. The order arrived on time and the food was still warm.
The Birria Baguette is impressive in size, but lacking in flavor and texture. Some bites had an extreme bitterness to them, those that weren't bitter hit you with an overload of salt. The red chili flavor of birria was noticeably absent. Texture: the meat had a grainy feel and the baguette was soggy. The sandwich would be helped by toasting the sliced sides of the baguette/some crustiness to the bread.
The Tots pictured are size Small. It is an ample portion. Against the sandwich, the tots lack salt and hint at being freezer-burned. The tots are crunchy, but also feel slightly stale with a chewiness once you get past the crisp exterior.

After waiting several months I opted to go round 2 with Bao Boss. Everything here sounds so good on paper but just misses the mark. Over the course of both experiences the Birria was excessively salty and inedible. This time around the smash burger was tasty and had an interesting flavor profile but was pretty small for the big price. On both occasions the fries were absolutely atrocious. Don't waste your money on something that taste like the inside of your freezer. I really want this place to be better as I really try to support local small businesses first and foremost. Don't think I will be back.
