Only issue: burrito wrapping is horrible. It's filled like a bag of groceries and not a sushi roll. This is an issue with all locations regardless of brand or franchise. The staff just don't roll or fill them properly. They are either are too loosely wrapped or filled too much that eating a burrito is just trying to mange keeping it one piece so you dont have to end up eating it with a fork on a plate. Ruins the experience.

Their tiny scoop is chicken is ridiculous, I even paid for extra as I don't get any salads and it was so not worth the price

I ordered a fish BBOX and the only good thing about it was the fries supreme. my whole burito was just lett and toppings ans BARELY any meat they are always so stingy about it. wouldnt recommend.
