The Green Apple Chipotle Pork Ribs were dry and chewy. The slaw was better than the protein, and there was barely any slaw. The Cheeseburger Tacos were great, the Smoked Mushroom Tacos were even better(they also heat up great). The Ancho Fries were solid-- great seasoned shoestring-esque fries with a solid dip. The Tuna Tartare ran sour, which is not my favorite (but this might be a personal preference thing). I do wish it came with more chips.

The Barcocina Guacamole is a tasty spin on the classic! The Oaxaca Guacamole was just all right, along with their Pico De Gallo... both had virtually no onion, so no excitement for us. Extremely generous portions of tortilla chips for small amounts of each dip. Everything was fresh. It's a solid B... we might order again.

OMG, OMG, OMG!!!! The Jalapeno Skillet Cornbread and the Smoked Mushroom Tacos were AMAZING!!! The cornbread took me back to the South.....where REAL cornbread is made! Great job Barcocina!!!
