Wasn't ready at confirmed pick up time stated on Door Dash App, staff presumed order was a hoax asking for proof on my phone & when asked why poor reasoning was given by staff about some 10 minute delay with receiving Door Dash orders/payment. Received order 7 mins late with no apology...
